Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) said: "The Lord of the Worlds says: I would be ashamed to turn away anyone who has a Turquoise ring on his finger and raises his hands towards Me in supplication."
Imam as-Sadiq (as) says: "The hand on which a Turquoise Ring is worn will never be poor" (Hilyat-ul Muttakin).
The fact that it is said as a ring here refers to the fact that the stone was used as a ring as an accessory at that time. Today, with the advancement of technology, the possibilities of processing stone have increased and accordingly the variety of accessories (prayer beads, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, earrings, etc.) In other words, what is important is the stone's contact with the body.
Such properties of turquoise stone are known; true healing comes from our Lord. Such treatment tools are only a means. Our Almighty Lord says, "We have given a thousand remedies for one illness." Maybe this is the means for the cure of your ailment, but perhaps it is not. What we should do as servants is to embrace our Lord's causes and try the healing sources He offers us. Let us take our precautions; healing is from Allah. Indeed, He knows best. I hope that God will grant us the opportunity to find the cure for all diseases in the easiest way.
