Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.

You can return the product you purchased within seven (7) days from the date of delivery in the same condition as you received it, without opening/destroying//damaging the packaging and without using the product. Return the product with a petition or return form including the product invoice and order number.

Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in the presence of a representative of the company you received the delivery from. If there is any damage to the product, have a report drawn up with the cargo company and do not accept the product. After the product is received, please remember that you accept that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged or otherwise are not accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for any loss in commercial value of the product due to use.

In case the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the time the returned product reaches us. The product refund to your credit card will be made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no disposal during this period.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other conditions are detected on the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.

For malfunctions that may occur after the product reaches the customer, the authorized services of the manufacturer should be contacted.

In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee for returned products will be paid by the customer.

In this case, you should contact your bank's credit card service. Once your order is "Cancelled," the entire amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank you used to make the transfer. Refunds for installment purchases will be credited to your credit card as a positive balance each month by your bank.
